About the UV-Bio Filter:
The UV-BIO Gravity Filters combine UV clarification and biological filtration to guarantee crystal clear, purified water at a very attractive price. All models feature UV tubes positioned over the water, thus eliminating problems of safety, scaling, quartz tube replacement and frost damage associated with conventional UV clarifiers. Gravity Models require installation at or about desired outlet level such as at the top of a waterfall. Comes with a submersible pump.

Submersible pond pumps provide all the versatility and performance you'll need. Features a specially developed strainer filter which will not clog up under normal use. Gone are the days of needing to clean your pump's sponge filter every day! Even in heavily contaminated water a quick shake is often all that is needed. Easy to use.  Fish Mate UV-BIO Pressurized Pond Systems include a submersible pump with a fountain set to allow for an impressive display of 4 different fountain options - bell fountain, column fountain, plume fountain, Tiered Fountain. A perfect choice when just starting or replacing your pond system.
Features a unique slim-line lid making the units inconspicuous when buried. The best thing about these filters is that they can lift water up to a waterfall or stream. They do this because these are enclosed and sealed with clamps therefore when the water is pushed up from the submersible pump into the filters inlet, pressure is built up inside the filter and will push the water through tubing up to a your water feature.
It is recommended that you refrain from lifting water more than 3-4 ft of total head lift from the filter up the point of discharge.
