*Most important - Please email or fax us your proof of business. This usually includes your State Resale Tax Certificate (Signed and dated if Florida) and a business or county license. If your state does not require a license then you can send us a yellow page ad or other proof of business. We do this to protect you from your customers getting your pricing.
